Losing weight, the fun way

Revamp of TheSummerLife focus

That is right. I am going to revamp the focus of this website. It’s not some mid-life crisis that I am having. It’s just that I strongly feel that I should be doing what I preach, and dieting and some boot camp regime isn’t what I had believed in.

I am a 1.82m tall guy weighing 78 kg. I would say I am decently healthy, constantly participating in some sporting events as well as having a liking for my greens. I wouldn’t say I hasn’t had any form of regime, but it’s more of doing things that interests me that kept me going.

I give up on giving ‘dieting’ or ‘regimes’ advices, as I think these only shorten your leisure time and does nothing to directly liven up your spirit. I promise to present you with genuine, proven ways to loss weight with you thinking, ‘I never thought that can be counted?’.

Finally, all the best to a health, fun and lean life!

Skeptism about Colour Therapy

I recently wrote an article on Colour Therapy for More Effective Weight Loss. However, I wasn’t really convinced about the efficacy about this technique and I only stumbled upon it recently so I am still looking for more information on it.

The purpose of the previous post is to create awareness of this therapeutic treatment. Colours may affect a person’s appetite, this one probably some of you would know. However, there is one point that I do not really understand is the fact that ’solarised’ ( you can check out my previous post to find the meaning for this) water can be used for up to a week after the water solarisation treatment. This point itself doesn’t immediately align with the mass audience, especially those of you whom have been through a certain depth of education.

So now I want those of you folks out here whom had tried this treatment, to share your view about the reliability of this method and at the same time bring us more indepth about how colour therapy works.
