I haven't undergone a course of colour therapy to lose weight but I have used colour as a means of balancing my diet by ensuring I eat something of each colour each day. The colour green is reputed to be associated with weight loss so this forms my biggest food colour each day. I supplement this with red, orange and yellow foods for energy and motivation.
